Privacy Policy

Information you provide through the booking form—including your name, email address, phone number, selected service, and project details—is stored securely so Gill Web Developers can respond to and manage your project enquiry. Access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorized administrators. You may contact Gill Web Developers to request access to or deletion of your enquiry information.

If you use a client account, your project updates, edit requests, help messages, and any voice notes you choose to send are stored so the project can be managed. Voice notes are held in private storage and made available to the authorized project administrator. The website also records when a WhatsApp contact button is selected and which button was used; it does not record the conversation inside WhatsApp. A keyed hash of the request IP is used for short-term abuse prevention, and stale rate-limit entries are cleared during activity.

Essential browser storage is used for account sessions and to remember your storage choice. Optional analytics cookies are not currently enabled. Selecting “Allow cookies” does not activate analytics that are not in use. You can clear saved browser data in your browser settings; doing so may sign you out.

When you continue to WhatsApp or email, your communication is also handled according to the privacy terms of those services.
